2. Information to include
- Your full name
- Your account email or workspace email
- Your company or workspace name
- A brief description of the data you want deleted
- Any Meta/Facebook deletion reference ID, if applicable
3. Verification
ChatClick may request additional information to verify identity, ownership, or authority before processing a deletion request.
4. What may be deleted
- Account and workspace profile data
- Contacts, campaigns, templates, and conversation records where eligible
- API keys, tenant settings, and associated service configuration
5. What may be retained
Some information may be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, backup integrity, dispute handling, and operational recordkeeping.
6. Processing timeline
Verified requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal holds, technical constraints, backup cycles, and provider dependencies.
